Proposed starting scope: 3–5 willing families, one story-capture session per family, a digital memory draft, and one family review. We confirm feasibility and scope together before work begins.

Choose a coordinator and offer an optional introduction. Do not submit resident records or private family content through this form.
Family control
Each family opts in directly, reviews its draft, and decides whether to share. Staff access requires a separate family invitation.
Price & timing
Quoted after a scope conversation. The written proposal will list delivery dates, hosting, support, and any ongoing charges.
Pilot review
Review participation, completed keepsakes, staff time, and voluntary feedback before considering expansion.
